I thought about not running today. My muscles are sore from cross training and water aerobics. But how could I not run on National Running Day!!??!!
I'm so glad I did. Just as I am every day I run. My time was slow and it took a while to get in the grove, but my mindset is already better because of the run.
Happy National Running Day! Now, go out and run!
